It's been 15 months since I met you, 10 months since I realized that I had fallen for you, 9 months since I broke up with my then-boyfriend (partly) because of you, 4 months since I drunk-texted you how I felt, 3 months and 3 weeks since I told you again (sober, this time) and you replied 'I know', two months since I last saw you, and a week since I've been 7,000 miles away from you.
