Years, to be honest. Man, I wish I could let go. But you know, I guess if I was able to let go of people easily, maybe that would mean they weren't so special to me..

This breaks my heart because it exactly describes my heart. I thought I'd seen the worst of heartbreak, but I was wrong.

Two years is it for me too. I am approaching that with my current crush. We will see if she breaks the record...

By let go I don't mean you forget them. I just mean the memories stop hurting, and they start becoming dull. You stop thinking about them regularly, and if you do, they're just a passing by thought of certain time in your life :)
