Because i reinforce an outer shell when something begins to make me feel something too real so I burn it all down inside myself and rage hard. What’s left is my attempt at some bullshit walls in an attempt to hide my ugly self-destruction (and beneath that, the horrible face of wanting)— a metaphorical exoskeleton hiding the ashes.

nah, they moved away and we're not in contact. it confuses me sometimes based on our past interactions, but I have to accept it and respect it
