My attitude didn't come out of nowhere

Your attitude was whatever bitterness you had from beforehand.

I didn’t oppress women and was oppressed by plenty of men.

So I’m now to blame for all your hurt because I am aware of it and find myself stuck in the middle? Is that fair?

Ok. That works fine.

I have a beautiful attitude just not about people like you.

Be nice to receive nice in return. I was super nice a lot and when I received nothing I bolted as most sane people do.

Yes, you're to blame.

Thanks for noticing.

You're cute.

What exactly did you expect to receive? I don’t patronise people and I don’t like to be patronised. I am frank about my feelings and don’t appreciate being mocked.

My attitude to love is different from yours. I don’t think it’s some sort of trade.

If you love someone you appreciate them as they are. So you didn’t love me, by my definition. You thought I was trying to be a nuisance or wasn’t ‘nice’ enough. You made judgements about the sort of person you thought I was without investing time in getting to know me, ‘people like you’.

You are in the wrong here.

If it turns out I'm wrong I will swiftly apologize, dear sir or ma'am.

Mocking is what I do. It's called mocking for a reason e even if I don't know what that reason is.

Now, may we dance?

If you don’t even know who I am or what my gender even is, why are you bothering with me? Who even are you?
