Honestly, one-week-ago me would never believe present-me about what's happened in the span of a week. So, dear one-week-ago me:

  • You do gather up the courage to send him that message.
  • He agrees to go on a date.
  • The date goes really, really well.
  • Not only does he kiss you, but you make out for several hours, and it's really great.
  • Now you're trying to cover up a hickey on your neck, and you have no regrets.
  • You can do it. Send that message.

The fact that worked for you doesn't mean that works for the rest. I've been there and after 2 excited and enthusiastic dates, he went away and remained silent. Didn't give any reason for running away. But I'm happy that worked for you. Good luck!

Well, I have to say I tried it some time ago, and it wasn't even about a date, but about hanging with me and a friend of us. The "funny" thing is that he was the one who proposed this in the first place, and now he didn't bother to reply to me.
